1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LeadNova (available at leadnovaapp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LeadNova. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Description of Service

LeadNova is an AI-powered B2B lead generation platform that helps businesses find local business prospects. The service:

  • Searches Google (via SerpAPI) for business websites matching a given city and niche.
  • Uses a headless browser to extract publicly available contact information (emails, phone numbers, addresses) from those websites.
  • Flags sales opportunities based on publicly visible signals such as outdated copyright years or missing contact information.
  • Optionally enriches leads with decision-maker contact data via the Hunter.io API (Pro plan, using your own API key).
  • Generates personalised cold outreach emails using the Anthropic Claude API (paid plans).

LeadNova only extracts publicly available information. We do not access private databases, bypass authentication, or collect data that is not intended for public access.

3 User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account. One account per individual or business.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • You may not transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

4 Acceptable Use

By using LeadNova, you agree to:

  • Use lead data responsibly and legally. You are solely responsible for how you contact the businesses in your exported leads.
  • Comply with applicable laws, including GDPR (if targeting EU businesses), CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and any other local anti-spam or data protection regulations relevant to your jurisdiction.
  • Not use the service for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any form of illegal or harmful communication.
  • Not attempt to circumvent the service's quotas, rate limits, or security measures.
  • Not use the service to collect data for resale, unauthorised aggregation, or any purpose that violates the terms of the websites being scraped.

Violation of these acceptable use requirements may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5 Payments & Refunds

  • Billing: Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page or by contacting support. You will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a billing period. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented technical failures on our end.
  • Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice by email before increasing subscription prices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Account deletion: Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. No further charges will be made.

6 API Keys

  • To use the Hunter.io enrichment feature (Pro plan), you must provide your own Hunter.io API key. You are responsible for all usage and costs incurred under your Hunter.io account.
  • Your API key is encrypted with AES-256 before storage on our servers. We never share your key with third parties or use it for any purpose other than fulfilling your enrichment requests.
  • You may remove your stored API key at any time from the Settings page.

7 Limitation of Liability

LeadNova is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
  • Any particular scrape run will return a specific number of results or that all extracted contact data will be accurate or current.
  • The lead data will be suitable for any particular purpose.

LeadNova is not responsible for how you use the leads generated by the service. You assume full legal and ethical responsibility for your outreach activities and compliance with applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadNova's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8 Termination

  • By you: You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. This permanently removes all your data and cancels any active subscription.
  • By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or third parties. In cases of serious violation, termination may be immediate and without notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (Limitation of Liability, Acceptable Use) will continue to apply.
