LeadNova offers subscription plans billed monthly. Because our service delivers immediate value — live data scraping, AI credits, and search quota — we operate a no-refund policy on monthly charges. Please read the exceptions below; if any apply to you, we will make it right.

1 No Refunds on Monthly Subscriptions

  • All monthly subscription charges are final and non-refundable.
  • When you cancel, you keep full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

2 Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if any of the following apply:

  • Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same billing period.
  • Charge after confirmed cancellation — you were billed after you had already cancelled your subscription.
  • Extended outage — the LeadNova service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid period.

To request a refund under any of these exceptions, email us at [email protected] with your account email and a brief description. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

3 Free Plan

The free plan is always free — there are no charges, ever. No credit card is required to sign up or use the free tier.

4 Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings — no questions asked.
  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • After cancellation your account reverts to the free plan automatically.
